We always have time to complain but are too busy to show appreciation, which is often overlooked. It is easy to get wrapped up in our day to day business, and thanking is often the last thing on our minds.
I wanted to express my sincere thanks to all of the staff at the Homestead at Hamilton, for all the care and attention you give my mother, Betty Ann in the Memory Care Unit.
I am sure you understand how stressful it can be for families in such a difficult situation. However, your calm and helpful care and attention makes my mother feel like she is family. To all of the aides in the memory care unit who are like my sisters and Betty Ann’s daughters and to the General Manager Paul, Director of Memory Care Sarita Scott, Director of Nursing Lynda Kamer you have been my guiding light. To the nurses, cleaning girl and to the maintenance man and the many side desk reception greeters, knowing she is in such capable and professional hands, puts my mind at ease. You are all so kind, considerate and above all a valuable asset to Homestead at Hamilton. Thank you for all you do for Betty Ann!
